  • Legal basis: Performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

The data processing is carried out for the purpose of issuing an invoice compliant with applicable legislation and fulfilling the associated retention obligation.

Right of access to personal data

Right to rectification

You have the right to request that the Data Controller rectify inaccurate personal data concerning you without undue delay. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, you also have the right to have incomplete personal data completed.

Right to restriction of processing

You have the right to request that the Data Controller restrict processing where one of the following applies:

  • you contest the accuracy of the personal data, for a period enabling the Data Controller to verify the accuracy;
  • the processing is unlawful and you oppose erasure and request restriction instead;
  • the Data Controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of processing, but you require them for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims;
  • you have objected to processing, pending verification of whether the Data Controller's legitimate grounds override yours.

Where processing has been restricted, such personal data shall, with the exception of storage, only be processed with your consent or for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims, or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person, or for reasons of important public interest.

Right to erasure — 'right to be forgotten'

You have the right to request that the Data Controller erase personal data concerning you without undue delay where one of the following grounds applies:

  • the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
  • you withdraw consent and there is no other legal basis for processing;
  • you object to processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds;
  • the personal data have been unlawfully processed;
  • the personal data must be erased for compliance with a legal obligation.

Erasure does not apply where processing is necessary:

  • for exercising the right of freedom of expression and information;
  • for compliance with a legal obligation;
  • for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.

Right to object

Where personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for such marketing, including profiling to the extent that it is related to direct marketing.

Right to data portability

Where direct marketing is involved, you have the right to object at any time.

Automated individual decision-making

Registration with the data protection authority

Under the provisions of the Information Act, the Data Controller is required to register certain data processing activities with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).

Data security measures

The Data Controller declares that it has taken appropriate security measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure, or access.

The Data Controller takes all reasonable organisational and technical steps to ensure that personal data are not accidentally lost, damaged, or accessed by unauthorised persons.

You are also entitled to enforce your rights before a court. The court has jurisdiction to hear the case.

Amendments to the Privacy Policy

The Data Controller reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy in order to comply with changes in data processing practices or applicable law.

If the Data Controller intends to process the collected data for a purpose other than the original purpose of collection, it will inform you in advance of the new purpose and all relevant facts, including:
