How does it work?
Choose your tour, select the number of participants and departure date, then fill out the booking form. Payment is possible on-site or by bank transfer in advance.
No! All our tours are suitable for beginners. We give a short introduction at the start where we teach you everything you need to know.
Light rain is usually not a problem — kayaking and drizzle go together just fine. In case of storms or extreme weather, we will contact you before departure and reschedule at no charge.
Please arrive 20 minutes before the scheduled departure. This is when we distribute equipment, hold the safety briefing, and pair up boats.
For walk-in spots, the full price is payable on-site. For reserved spots, we ask for a 30% deposit; the remainder is due at departure.
- More than 14 days in advance: full refund
- 7–14 days in advance: 50% refund
- Within 7 days: non-refundable
- Weather cancellation: full refund or reschedule
